MW Media Player Privacy Policy

MW Media Player collects no data. Nothing you do in the app is sent to us or to anyone else.
Your files and music
MW Media Player reads the music and video files you keep on your iPhone and in the folders you choose in the Files app. They are played and organised on your iPhone only. MW Media Player never uploads, copies to a server or shares your files, unless you share a file yourself. Folders in iCloud Drive, OneDrive or other cloud services are synced by iOS and those services; MW Media Player has no servers of its own.
Library, playlists and settings
Your library, playlists, favourites, playback positions and settings are stored on your iPhone, inside the app. They are removed when you delete the app.
Apple Music
If you allow access to Apple Music, MW Media Player uses Apple’s MusicKit to show and play your Apple Music library. This happens between your iPhone and Apple, under Apple’s privacy policy. MW Media Player doesn’t store or send your Apple Music data anywhere.
No tracking, ads or analytics
MW Media Player has no ads, no analytics, no crash-reporting services and no third-party code that collects data. It doesn’t track you across apps or websites.

If you write to us, we use your message and email address only to reply. We don’t add you to mailing lists.
Children
MW Media Player collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear in the app and on this page.
