Using this website
The content of this website is for general information about Mount Wolf and its services. Please do not misuse the website, try to break its security or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

Proposals and agreements
Every project starts with a written proposal or contract that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment schedule. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it. If anything in a project agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Ownership of the work
- When the project is paid in full, the client owns the final deliverables made for it: designs, content and the code written specifically for the project.
- We keep our own tools, templates, libraries and know-how, and may reuse them; open-source and third-party components stay under their own licences.
- We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to.
What we need from clients
Timely feedback and approvals, access to the accounts and systems the work needs, and content the client has the right to use. Delays in these move the timeline accordingly.
Confidentiality
We keep our clients’ business information, data and unpublished work confidential, during and after the project.
Third-party services and AI
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, app stores, payment gateways, advertising platforms and AI providers. Their fees and terms apply and they are outside our control. AI-generated material is always reviewed by our team, and the client approves it before it is published.
Invoices and payments
Our official tax invoices are issued through the Egyptian Tax Authority e-invoicing system. Payments are made by bank transfer or, where offered, through a licensed payment provider’s secure page. Prices are in Egyptian pounds unless the agreement says otherwise.
Links to other websites
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we link to, including our clients’ websites.
Liability
We keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Mount Wolf is not liable for losses arising from using the website. Liability for our services is set out in each project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, unless a project agreement says otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
