Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how Mount Wolf for Technology and Information (“Mount Wolf”, “we”) handles personal data when you visit mount-wolf.com, contact us or work with us. We process personal data in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and, where they apply, the data protection laws of other countries where our clients are based.

What we collect

  • Contact details you send us: name, company, email, phone and your message.
  • Project and billing details when you become a client: contact persons, invoice details and payment references.
  • Job applications you choose to send: your CV and the information in it.
  • Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.
  • Basic technical data needed to deliver the website securely, such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) in short-lived logs.

We do not collect payment card details. Card payments, when offered, are processed on the secure page of a licensed payment provider; we only receive the payment reference, amount and status.

How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare proposals.
  • To deliver and support the services you ordered.
  • To issue invoices, receive payments and meet tax and legal obligations.
  • To review job applications.
  • To keep this website secure and working.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and the contact brief does not store anything: it only opens your own email app or WhatsApp. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from attacks. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it, and update this page.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, email and payment providers, under agreements that protect your data, and with authorities when the law requires it. Some providers may store data outside Egypt; when they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Data we handle for our clients

When we build, host or maintain a website, app or system for a client, we may have access to the personal data of that client’s customers or employees. We handle it only on the client’s instructions and for the agreed work, keep it confidential, limit access to the team members who need it, and return or delete it when the work ends. The client remains responsible for its own privacy notice to those people.

AI services

When we build AI features for a client, we send only the data needed for the task to the AI provider chosen with the client, use business settings that do not allow the provider to train its models on that data where available, and agree with the client where data is stored and how long it is kept.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Client and invoice records are kept as long as tax and commercial laws require. Job applications are kept for up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

Security

We protect data with encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, two-factor authentication on our systems and regular backups.

Our apps

Each of our apps has its own privacy policy on its page under /apps.
